Submission for April 2026 meeting of “Your Most Challenging Image of All Time”

Description: This was early spring, 2021. I was at the Parthenon with a decent sized group of photographers and we walked around taking photos. I knew I wanted to get a unique shot of the building, and the blossoms were so pretty. I kept trying to figure out a way to get both in focus and it just kept turning out blah. Then I just tried to shoot through the blossoms, blurring them completely, and focus on the building. It was a challenge to be creative, knowing what I didn't want but not so much what I did, and staying at least basically with the group. The sun was also crazy bright, I think it was afternoon. I love how this turned into a bokeh/high key image. It is still one of my favorites to this day.
